Appiness Creations Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and store personal information when you visit or use our website, platform and AI automation services (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable Australian privacy law. This policy applies to personal information that identifies, or could reasonably identify, an individual.

2. What we collect

Information you provide: name, company, email, phone, billing details, account credentials, service preferences, recordings or transcripts of calls, communications you upload, and other information you give us.
Automatically collected information: IP address, device and browser data, pages visited, usage metrics, cookies and analytics data.
Third-party sources: payment processors, CRMs, telephony providers, marketing/analytics partners, and other service providers.

3. How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate and improve the Services (including AI Voice Agents, integrations and customer support);

  • process payments, invoices and commissions;

  • configure and manage integrations (CRMs, telephony, calendars);

  • send service-related notices, support messages and marketing (where permitted);

  • detect and prevent fraud and misuse;

  • comply with legal obligations.

We will not use your personal information to train our core AI models in an identifiable way unless you have given us explicit consent. We may use aggregated or de-identified data for product improvement.

4. Voice, recording & messaging

If you enable call recording or automated messaging, you are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your customers and contacts in the jurisdictions where you operate. We may process and store call recordings and transcripts to deliver the Services and for quality, training (with de-identification where practical), and billing.

5. Disclosure of personal information

We may disclose information to:

  • service providers (hosting, telephony, payment, analytics, support);

  • affiliates and contractors who perform services on our behalf;

  • legal or regulatory authorities where required by law;

  • third parties in connection with a business sale, merger or asset transfer (with safeguards).

We require service providers to maintain confidentiality and implement appropriate security measures.

6. International transfers

Your data may be stored or processed outside Australia (for example, in the United States or EU). Where we transfer personal data internationally we will use contractual or other lawful safeguards to protect your information in accordance with applicable law.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No internet transmission is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Typical retention periods: account and transaction records — up to 7 years; support records and logs — up to 2 years; anonymised analytics — indefinite.

  • request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal and contractual exceptions);

  • request restriction of processing or object to certain processing (including marketing);
